Purchases made at DRT-Fabrication.com can be returned for any reason within 30 days of purchase.
All returned items must be in new, resalable condition and include original packaging and all hardware and accessories. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer and a 10% restocking fee will apply. (If the product has been mounted or used it is not in new, resalable condition and will incur a 15% restocking fee) Items that were customized to ANY degree are not eligible for return. Made to order items and items that ship freight are NOT eligible for returns.
After 30 days non-warrantied returns are not permitted.
Any purchases made during a sale that qualify you for a giveaway can not and will not be refunded or canceled after the qualifying sale has ended. Orders can be canceled prior to the end of the sale/giveaway (also forefeighting your entry) but not after.
Delivery Policy:
Most in-stock items will be shipped 3-5 business days after the order is placed. Out-of-stock items are placed on their own lead times and may vary. DRT Fabrication will ship internationally.
Your country may require you to pay import fees, customs, broker fees, duties, and/or value-added taxes (VAT). These costs are not included in the live shipping rate quoted during checkout. These potential charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Cancelation Policy:
Orders may be canceled at the discretion of DRT. Typically, cancellations
are not permitted.
When they have been approved a 10% restocking and processing fee applies. Cancellations are at the sole discretion of DRT Fabrication.
Cancelations on made to order items like bumpers, low pro bed bars etc. are subject to a 15% restocking fee once the order has entered production.
International orders:
DRT Fabrication does not ship large orders out of the states. When allowed, large sum orders must be paid through bank transfer. DRT Fabrication will not ship to freight forwarders. Cancelations due to freight forwarder adresses will result in an 8% fee.
Privacy Policy:
Under no circumstances will DRT Fabrication share any of your contact information with any other companies or agencies.
Any information you provide through our website or our social media pages will remain strictly confidential.
